BUM BUM BUM!

So today we look at bums!! My friend asks me "How do I get my bum bigger?" It's funny that only a couple decades a go in the west big bums were a big no no, now they are all the rage! 


No matter how under/overweight you are generally most people's natural shape is still obvious, you can be big and curvy or big and flat just as you can be skinny with the figure of J-Lo or the modest figure of Pippa Middleton. You have to be real about what your body is really like as unfortunately you cannot change your bone structure... BUT you can build muscle, burn fat and prevent/decrease the appearance of cellulite to enhance your natural body shape.

Or maybe you're an in between? Whatever you are there's never a point in complaining unless you're going to do something about it! If you're happy with your jelly but not so happy with the cellulite or the stretch marks, reach for the trainers and coco butter!
